Upcoming Meeting of New Fenny Stratford Residents’ Association – 7pm on Thursday 7th October at Fenny Stratford Community Centre (13 George Street, MK2 2NR) All welcome to stand for election and to vote.

Come and celebrate the new artwork 'Alphonso' by Sarah Staton this Saturday afternoon at Little Callow Mound in Newton Leys. You will be able to enjoy the artwork, meet the artist and learn more about the design and how 'Alphonso' was built.

Please be aware that South Terrace, Bletchley from its junction with Albert Street to its junction with Saxon Street, will be closed between 20th September 2021 – 22nd October 2021 (or when the works have been completed, whichever is sooner). Please be aware that Simpson Road (from its junction with Bletcham Way to its junction with George Amey Centre) will be closed between 20th September 2021 – 29th October 2021 (24 Hours). This is to enable new water connection works.

On 14th September 2021, Water Eaton Community Larder will celebrate 1 year since opening its doors. Based at Water Eaton Church Centre (Drayton Road, Bletchley, MK2 3RR), the Community Larder is a membership programme, with currently nearly 80 members, where anyone can buy their shopping for as little as £3.50 per week and help reduce perfectly good food going to waste. 

All residents of Fenny Stratford are invited to an open meeting at Fenny Stratford Community Centre on Thursday 9th September from 7pm to meet officers from MK Council’s Community Engagement Team and to talk about arrangements for residents associations in the area.

Please be aware that unfortunately we have had to temporarily close Albert Street Public Toilets due to vandalism. This is the second time within two weeks that damage has been caused to the toilets. If you see anything, please report it to the police and contact the Town Council by calling 01908 649 469 or emailing info@bletchleyfennystratford-tc.gov.uk. We are working to have the toilets reopened as soon as possible. Thank you for your understanding.

We want to welcome a new youth homelessness prevention charity to the area, @DepaulMiltonKeynes. Depaul aims to prevent homelessness in 16-25 year olds by offering support to families experiencing relationship difficulties and providing short-term, emergency accommodation in the homes of community hosts for those who need a safe place to stay.
