Bletchley and Fenny Stratford Town Council is aware of the ongoing discussions regarding a redevelopment project at Ravenscroft Clinic on Westfield Road and misinformation is circulating within the community. This building is privately owned. The Westfield Centre next door is owned by the community association who run it and is not part of the redevelopment plan at the moment.
An informal consultation about the project took place on Tuesday, 16 July 2024. This was arranged by the developers and they invited nearby residents to attend along with key stakeholders. The proposal illustrated at the consultation included 10 residential units above the Ravenscroft Health Clinic and more information can be found in the document attached to this article.

Please note that a planning application for this development has not yet been submitted and so the formal consultation period has not yet started. The town council will review the application and make its representations at that time when all the detail will be available. We will advertise the meeting at which the application will be considered in the usual way on our website and noticeboards.
