Support for MK residents who are unemployed due to COVID-19 by Age UK MK.
Communities are facing lots of different challenges during this time and the loss of employment can be a shock to people. Those who have had to sign onto Universal Credit may not be receiving job search support from the Job Centres due to limited opening.
Age UK MK are offering support via phone/email and skype.
They understand that the job market will be a very different place after Covid-19, the support they can give is not time limited and they can offer holistic support too, for example counselling. All support is free and tailored to the individual.
