Stopping Up Orders for The Redevelopment of The Lakes Estate

Please note that from 02 November 2023 a highways stopping up order comes into place on Burnmoor Close and Tummell Way to enable development to be carried out in accordance with the planning permission granted by Milton Keynes Council under 20/00942/OUT.

Copies of the Order may be obtained, free of charge, from the Secretary of State, National Transport Casework Team, Tyneside House, Skinnerburn Road, Newcastle Business Park, Newcastle upon Tyne NE4 7AR or nationalcasework@dft.gov.uk (quoting NATTRAN/SE/S247/5526 or NATTRAN/SE/S247/5527). They may also be inspected during normal opening hours at Spotlight Office, 114 Serpentine Court, Lakes Estate, Bletchley, Milton Keynes, MK2 3QL. Any person who wishes to challenge the validity of the decision to make the Order may apply to the High Court within 6 weeks from 02 November 2023.

Please note that from 02 November 2023 a highways stopping up order comes into place on a footpath which lies west of Stoke Road and north of Cullen Place and a footpath which leads into Katrine Place to enable development to be carried out in accordance with the planning permission granted by Milton Keynes Council under 20/00942/OUT.
