Taylor Wimpey is preparing a full planning application for a residential development of 113 homes on land known as Phase 7B in Newton Leys.
Taylor Wimpey have created an online consultation where residents can view the proposals and provide feedback on their website: Taylor Wimpey Online Consultation webpage.
Residents can also email Taylor Wimpey at newtonleys7b@taylorwimpey-pr.co.uk .
The deadline for submitting feedback is midnight on Sunday 25th October.
All comments will be received and reviewed by Taylor Wimpey before they submit a planning application to Milton Keynes Council. Residents will then have a further opportunity to comment on the application once it has been registered by Milton Keynes Council.
