Further Notice from Milton Keynes Council - Road Closure – Watling Street
Please be aware that Watling Street, Bletchley (north-westbound carriageway only), from its junction with Kellys Kitchen roundabout to Penn Road, will be closed from 8th February 2021 to 12th April 2021. This closure is to enable construction works on five traffic islands, two informal pedestrian crossings and a new redway.
Whilst the above length of road is closed the alternative route for westbound traffic will be via the A5 (north-westbound), then H10 Bletcham Way (south-westbound), then B4034 Saxon Street (southbound) to Watling Street. (Vice-Versa).
Access to premises on Watling Street will be maintained via the south-eastbound carriageway which will remain open throughout the works. All traffic will need to turn onto the south-eastbound carriageway when egressing from the premises.
