Alleged breach of planning permission and potential trespass on land to the rear of Newton Leys Allotments

We are aware of the activity on land behind Newton Leys Allotments site and would like to assure plot holders that action is being taken by the Town Council and by Buckinghamshire Council to address any unauthorised use of the land.
